You don’t have to be extreme to belong outside.

I share trail journals, long-term gear reviews, honest conversations, and sustainable marketing support for outdoor brands — all shaped by my lived experience, not intensity.

This space is for you if…

  • You want to thru-hike but at your own pace.
  • You’d rather section hike than feel pressured to thru-hike.
  • You want to travel but slowly.
  • You care more about enjoying your life than how it appears on Instagram.
  • You’re tired of weight weenies, algorithm pressure, and “always outside” energy.
  • You want your outdoor life to support your nervous system — not stress it.
  • You run (or work for) a lean outdoor brand and want marketing that feels aligned, not loud.

17 Years and Counting

I’ve been in the outdoor industry since 2009. My first job? Ski Instructor:

I hiked the Appalachian Trail slowly, and longer than most people do.

I tried full-time vanlife and learned it doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing to count.

I live with chronic illness and had to learn how to find ways to participate outdoors without destroying my body.

I work with outdoor brands without bro marketing, pressure tactics, or false urgency.

I don't really do off seasons — but I go my own pace.
